Although our headquarters are in London (27 Gloucester Street) , NerdScape has a presence across the continent.

• Destinations: We ship to every corner of the European Union .

• Customs Transparency: For shipments from the UK to the EU, we take care of all the necessary documentation to speed up checks and minimize unexpected customs issues.

• Delivery Times: Your loot usually arrives within 3-7 business days (unless it gets intercepted by a Demogorgon en route).

🛡️ Glitch-Proof Packaging (Collector Protection)

We have a strict "Zero Dent" policy.

• Funko Pop: Each piece is wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and placed in double-wall rigid cardboard boxes.

• Lego Sets: We use extra packaging to prevent the corners of the original boxes from getting damaged during transport.

• Inspection: Each product is manually checked before shipping to ensure it is in Mint or Near Mint condition.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

• Mandatory Condition: Since these are collectibles, we only accept returns if the packaging is sealed and never opened .

• Procedure: Contact us by email and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item to our warehouse.
